Samsung like others launched 'Voice Assistant' service in 2017 to help users easily access various information and manage devices through voice commands. This service called Bixby was similar to Google Assistant, Amazon’s Alexa and Apple's Siri. But as an assistant service, its speed is very slow; the information received is also wrong and not very useful for Galaxy model users. In view of this, the South Korean technology giant is currently thinking of shutting down Bixby. News Gizchina.
